Use Early Park Admission
This is probably our most important tip for visiting the Jurassic Park land in Universal is to use Early Park Admission. Since Jurassic World VelociCoaster is so popular, guests can be waiting upwards of 60 minutes to take a ride. Since it it not offered on the Universal Express Pass, we highly recommend using Early Park Admission to ride VelociCoaster before park open.
All guests who purchase discounted tickets through The Park Prodigy get Early Park Admission, which allows you into the park one hour before park open. There are only a few attractions offered during this time, and Jurassic World VelociCoaster is one of them!
Men In Black: Alien Attack
This shooting dark ride takes you on a hunt for aliens. See how many points you can wrack up as you protect our planet against an infestation of aliens in New York.
Who loves it? Tweens, teens and those who love the Men in Black movies. Plus, anyone who just likes a good ol fashioned shooting game with some motion simulation. Without too scary of aliens, this ride is pretty family friendly.
Height Requirements? Minimum height is 42 but anyone under 48 will need to have a supervising companion.
Ride Jurassic Park River Adventure
This attraction offers a scenic water boat tour where you can see a baby Stegosaurus and other ominous creatures in their natural habitats. Its all peaceful enough until you encounter an unexpected guest and plummet 85 feet! Three things are pretty much guaranteed at this point: you will scream, you will get soaked, and you will have a blast on this combination of thrill and water ride.

Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon
This is one of the newest Universal Orlando rides and so long as youre in New York, you might as well stop by and watch the Jimmy Fallon show with Hashtag the Panda and the Ragtime Gals. But once you take your seat, be prepared to race through, below, and above New York with Jimmy Fallon on a motion-simulator ride.
Who loves it? Fans of Jimmy Fallon will enjoy his classic jokes and general craziness. This ride is family-friendly without any scare factors so everyone who can fit in the ride will enjoy it.
Height Requirements? Minimum height is 40 but anyone under 48 will need to have a supervising companion. This ride also has safety restraints that may restrict people of certain sizes to ride. Those with a waist size of more than 40 may not be able to ride.
Is Jurassic Park Disney
If you are planning on visiting Disney, you might be disappointed to learn that Disney does not own the rights to Jurassic Park. That means, you will not find any Jurassic Park Universal merchandise in any of the Disney World parks or stores! So, unfortunately, Jurassic Park Disney will never be a thing, but there is DinoLand USA located in Animal Kingdom theme park!

Jurassic Park River Adventure
The Jurassic Park River Adventure gives us all the nostalgic feels, as you board a bright yellow river raft to give you a tour of the dinosaurs up close. Of course, you can expect a Jurassic Park boat ride to have some dangerous mishaps along the way when youre within an arms distance of prehistoric creatures.

You wont get hungry when visiting Jurassic Park in Universal Studios, since there are bites and sips for carnivores and herbivores alike. In total, there are 4 quick-service restaurants you can choose to purchase food from, all of which offer a variety of menu items for all kinds of guests. Whether youre looking for an large indoor area to cool down, or a quick place to grab a refreshing drink, Universal Studios Jurassic Park land has plenty of options.

Jurassic World Isla Nublar Ipa
For the adults out there looking to cool down, even after taking a plunge on the Jurassic Park: River Adventure, look for the Jurassic World Isla Nublar IPA.
This light and refreshing IPA was named after the fictional island from the franchise.
Universal fans went wild when this beer first became available. The beer tap features the scene from Jurassic World when a Mosasaurus chomps down on a great white shark. According to the beer sharing website UNTAPPD, the beer is described as having flavors of natural orange, Citra, mosaic hops and yeast. We can only hope this drink stays around for 45-million more years. You can find this beer around Jurassic Park at Islands of Adventure.
The smaller size costs $11, plus tax. The souvenir glass will cost $14, plus tax.
Flight Of The Hippogriff
This thrilling, yet kid-friendly roller coaster takes its riders through the Forbidden Forest, diving around a pumpkin patch and giving riders a nice look at Hagrids hut.
Who loves it?This roller coaster is great for all ages, providing slight thrills without any chills.

Jurassic Cafe And Isla Nu
After riding Jurassic WorldThe Ride, dont forget to check out Jurassic Café or grab a tiki cocktail at the Isla Nu-bar. During my last visit, I had a delicious Tropical Roasted Chicken Salad. It had Iceberg lettuce, shredded cabbage, avocado, house-made citrus vinaigrette, garnished with pomegranate seeds and queso fresco.
I also ordered a tasty Bird of Paradise Cocktail at Isla Nu-bar. I asked for it in a souvenir tiki cup that I proudly display on my bar cart at home. Then of course, I decided to go on the ride again!

What Is Jurassic Park
Overgrown plant life and the sounds of prowling predators greet guests who pass through the massive stone gateway into a modern take on prehistoric times welcome to Jurassic Park, an island based on the blockbuster book and movie series, in which humans have recreated living, breathing dinosaurs by using DNA taken from fossilized dino blood.

Located at Universal Studios Hollywood in California on the lower lot is a little slice of paradise called Jurassic World. This immersive area includes the thrilling attraction, Jurassic WorldThe Ride, Raptor Encounter, and the tropical restaurant Isla Nu-Bar. You will feel like you have stepped right into the movie! To get there, youll take the Starway all the way down where you will see stunning views of the San Fernando Valley, plus a really cool birds-eye view of Jurassic World.
For me, this area of the park is an absolute favorite as Jurassic World holds a very special place in my heart I love these films so much, I even had the film score played by a violinist as I walked down the aisle at my wedding, which took place in Costa Rica. My husband is also a big fan of the Jurassic Park franchise. On one of our first trips together, we made time to see the first Jurassic World opening day, even though we were on a small island in Hawaii. We cant wait to see Jurassic World Dominion on opening day this year at CityWalk.
Most recently, we traveled to Oahu, Hawaii, where we were able to take a tour of a few remaining sets from the original Jurassic World. It was an incredible experience to see the film locations, but I must say experiencing Jurassic WorldThe Ride makes you feel as if youre inside the movie itself.

Harry Potter Spiderman And Jurassic Park
A well designed, thought out theme park, that’s not too expensive. A lot of fun for big kids like myself, with some truly great ride – Spideman is incredible, as is the Jurassic Park splash ride. My favourite was probably Dudley Do Right and his Ripsaw Falls. I will say that the water rides here, get you a lot wetter than the ones at Disney, so prepare to spend periods of the day soaking wet.Tip: Take advantage of the single rider lines – especially on Harry Potter/Spiderman – there is so much going on, that you wouldn’t notice if you were sat next to David Beckham and the Queen, never mind who you are at the park with!

Just got back to cold Norway from Florida and Orlando. Stayed at the on-site universal hotel Royal Pacific and cannot recomend it enough. As an extra bonus we got the Fast passes which means we skipped the queus in all atractions accept Harry Potter and the forbidden journey. But they opened the park one hour early for hotel guest which meant we rode it two times before the lines got too long. Also had good breakfast at three broomstick included in hotel price, great. Recomend to book lunch before you arrive at Mythos, great service, relaxing atmotsphere and good food. Overall a fun park, Spiderman is even better than before and the Hulk rocks. We’ll be back another year.

Experience The Thrill Of Velocicoaster
The resorts latest addition is the new apex predator of coasters Jurassic World VelociCoaster.
Definitely one for the adrenaline junkies, it catapults riders 155ft into the air and speeds through the futuristic, yet prehistoric, park at up to 70mph.
Located within Universals Islands of Adventure, once in the queue, the scene is set with riders coming up close to velociraptors as they wander through dinosaur research labs before getting strapped in ready for the action.
VelociCoaster boasts 360-degree inversions, an 80-degree drop and steep inclines, not that any of this matters once youre aboard.
No amount of knowledge of the 4,700ft track could prepare you for the thrill of this unmatched rollercoaster.
For me, the first time round was a gripping blur which made me want to ride it again. Second time, I was able to fully appreciate the detailing of the coaster, including speeding through the raptor paddock, sweeping inches above the lagoon and narrowly avoiding the jaws of a gnashing raptor.
Other themed rides for dino lovers include Jurassic Park River Adventure a raft ride with an eight-storey plunge and the kid-friendly Pteranodon Flyers. At the Jurassic Park Discovery Centre you can find dinosaurs, test your DNA, play a trivia game and maybe even witness a baby velociraptor hatch.
Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit
Just around the corner is the Rip Ride Rockit, one of the wildest Universal Studios rides. Going up 17 stories, youll be sure to find your scream on this ride. Luckily, you get to choose the music you want to listen to and that might help you change your screams of fear into fun. With speeds of 65 mph and a non-inverting loop, of all rides Universal Studios Orlando, this one is definitely only for the brave of heart.
Who loves it? Teens and tweens cant get enough of this ride, along with adults who love thrill rides.
Height Requirements? The minimum height for this ride is 51 and it also has a maximum height of 79.
