Jurassic World: Dominion Cast
Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard are definitely returning as dinosaur trainer Owen Grady and former park manager Claire Greary respectively, while Isabella Sermon is returning as their adopted daughter Maisie Lockwood.
It’s also been confirmed that Laura Dern, Sam Neill and Jeff Goldblum will reprise iconic roles in the cast of Jurassic World: Dominion.
Director Colin Trevorrow will be bringing back the original three Jurassic Park stars, with Derns character Dr Ellie Sattler, Goldblum’s Dr Ian Malcolm and Sam Neills Dr Alan Grant all returning to the screen.
Goldblum told presenter Chris Evans on his Virgin Radio show last year: “Well, I guess those dinosaur movies are kind of scary. And we’re gonna do another one of those around these parts come this summer.
” be here shooting with Laura Dern and Sam Neil and Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard. Colin Trevorrow as the great director is going to be writing and directing it. And I can’t wait.”
In February 2020, Deadline reported that Altered Carbon star Dichen Lachman had joined the cast, though her role is yet to be specified.
New Jurassic World Dominion Trailer Is Surprisingly Spoiler
Just 14 hours after their frankly impressive CinemaCon presentation , Universal has dropped the latest trailer for Jurassic World Dominion online for all of us to see. Like the first teaser a few months ago, this one is mostly coasting on the status quo established by Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom and on the nostalgia factor of having all three core Jurassic Park stars reprising alongside Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard. And truth be told, with tickets going on sale today in advance of its June 10 domestic debut, the film doesnt need to offer up much else.
Yes, its again a little odd to see a general audience/non-obsessive moviegoer-specific franchise selling itself in a Dont spoil a damn thing! fashion akin to Disneys Star Wars sequels or the recent MCU movies. As someone who spent years championing the fine art of spoiler-free marketing, I do think weve reached a different extreme whereby even telling audiences basic plot and character information is considered a bridge too far. When you have the movie and/or IP that will get them in the door anyway, thats fine. After all, if you can get audiences into theaters without giving away the game, the word of mouth will be that much better since audiences will have a sense of ownership and self-discovery of the films respective plot turns.

Will Jurassic World: Dominion Have Hybrids
While the Indominous Rex was a hybrid dinosaur introduced in Jurassic World and the Indoraptor was created for Fallen Kingdom, Trevorrow stated in 2018 that Jurassic World: Dominion would not introduce any new hybrid dinosaurs, adding that he was looking forward to getting a little back into the paleontological, wild animal, true dinosaur nature of it in an interview with Total Film.

Jurassic World: Dominion Plot: What Will Happen
Details are scarce, but the film will no doubt pick up after the shocking ending of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, when the island was destroyed and dinosaurs were let loose into human society.
As the short film Battle at Big Rock suggests, it truly is a Jurassic World now, with dinosaurs living side-by-side with humans and causing disruptions at weddings, roads and campsites, to name but a few.
We also know that hybrids will not be making a return following the debuts of the Indominus Rex and Indoraptor, bringing the focus back to regular ol’ dinosaurs.
As for what role the returning characters will play, Jeff Goldblum has teased that Drs Ian Malcolm, Ellie Sattler and Alan Grant will face an extremely perilous event.
Speaking to Insider about the first scene he had shot with his original co-stars, he said: “It was a scene with me and Laura Dern and Sam Neill and we were I can’t tell you much but we were all day in a very tight, enclosed space.
“You’ll see it’s a mystery you’ll solve when you see . The three of us were in a tiny little space and we were being menaced by I can’t even tell you a surprising faction of prehistoric creatures that you’ve never seen before.
“There are a lot of animatronic things going on, so there is going to be less CGI I think, and lots of things that we can act with and see with our own eyes.
Well, let’s hope they get out of that one alive!
Is Jurassic World Dominion Done Filming
Yes, Jurassic World: Dominion has completed filming. The sequel was one of the first major productions to resume filming during the COVID-19 pandemic, as principal photography began in February 2020 but was shut down soon thereafter. It resumed in July 2020 under strict safety protocols, as the cast and crew were quarantined in an entire hotel in England. In fact, the experience of living in this bubble while filming directly inspired a new comedy film being made by Judd Apatow.

Universals latest trailer gives us a lot of new footage from Jurassic World: Dominion, and its some edge of your seat stuff. After 2018s Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, dinosaurs have escaped into the world. Owen Grady is still pals with his Velociraptor friend Blue, who has just had a baby something which isnt supposed to be possible, but literally always happens in these movies. After the baby raptor is snatched up by poachers, Grady promises an angry Blue hell get her hatchling back and goes on a rescue mission.
Its not clear exactly how all the other characters get roped into the quest to get Blues baby back, but Ian Malcom clearly has opinions. You made a promiseto a dinosaur? he asks incredulously in the trailer.
Alan Grant and Ellie Sattler are both featured prominently throughout the trailer as well. Director Colin Trevorrow had previously teased that the returning original Jurassic Park cast members have meaty parts in the film, and the trailer backs that up.
We also get an extended look at the Malta motorcycle chase sequence, including the reveal that Claire Dearing takes part in it. Theres also a scene where Pratt and new cast member DeWanda Wise face off against a feathered dino that surprises them by diving beneath a sheet of ice. And of course lets not forget the Gigantosaur, the largest carnivore to ever walk the Earth. Laura Dern even screams her classic Run! line from the original film.

The new trailer of Jurassic World Dominion gives us a peek at the scary Gigantosaurus.
A new trailer of Jurassic World Dominion was released recently and it gives a bigger glimpse of the scary Giganotosaurus. The new promo promises everything exciting for fans including a glimpse of the franchise’s OGs Laura Dern, Sam Neill and Jeff Goldblum. The stunning visual effects also tease some big confrontational scenes between humans and the dinosaurs, thus promising that the film will be an adventurous ride.
The new trailer also seems to showcase scenes that have callbacks to the original film, especially the one where Goldblums Malcolm is seen swinging a tree branch. The trailer opens with Grady realising his bond with Blue, the raptor hes built may have changed after Blue seemingly has a baby, that gets kidnapped by humans. A distrustful Blue then turns on Grady, who sets out to get the baby raptor back. In the trailer, we also see Grady at one point telling Neill, Dern and Goldblum’s characters that. he could use their “expertise.”

Jurassic World: Dominion Trailer
The makers of Jurassic World: Dominion shared a five-minute prologue in November 2021, offering the beginning of a story that will be continued in cinemas next year.
The prologue was previously exclusive to IMAX, paired with screenings of Fast & Furious 9, but was then released online and you can watch it for yourself below.

Sam Neill On His American Accent In Jurassic Park: A Load Of T Rex Poo
In other Jurassic news, actor Sam Neill recently talked to Vanity Fair about one of the few things people have nitpicked the original 1993 Jurassic Park movie for: the actors American accent. Neill is a New Zealander and prepared an American accent to use for the film. However, right around the time the crew was filming the scene where Dr. Grant, Lex and Tim climb over a newly-activated electric fence, director Steven Speilberg decided to change things up on the actor.
came up to me halfway through the day and he said, Hey, Sam, you know the accent we were talking about? I said, Yeah, Ive been working on it for four weeks. He said, Dont worry about it, just use your own voice. I said, Thats great, Steven, thank you so much. And then four days later, he came up to me and said, You know that voice youre using now? I said, Yeah, my voice? He said, Somewhere in between. Its an actors nightmare! So thats why I get a lot of flak to this day: Sam Neills American accent in Jurassic Park was a load of T. rex poo.
Only when youre as bonafide an actor as Sam Neill can you get away with throwing Steven Spielberg under the bus.
When Will The Jurassic World: Dominion Trailer Be Released
Universal released the first Jurassic World: Dominion trailer on February 10, 2022. Much before that, a five-minute extended preview for Jurassic World 3 was played exclusively in front of IMAX screenings of Universals F9, which is where the first footage from Jurassic World: Dominion was unveiled. The extended preview shows the prologue from the film, which is set 65 million years ago and reveals how mosquitos got dinosaur DNA in the first place. I really didnt expect to see a new trailer for this movie, but Im glad that they decided to release this one. This new trailer showcases a little bit more of the films narrative as well as plenty of dinosaur action. I still love how both the new and old cast are teaming up for this particular installment, which will close out the entire series for one big grand finale. Im quite hyped to see this movie. Heck, I even already bought my tickets for the movie during its opening night. All in all, Im very much excited to see where Dominion goes with the franchise, and I certainly hope that the movie ends the franchise on a high note.

Jurassic World : Dominion Imax Preview
Ahead of Jurassic World 3: Dominion’s release, some preview footage played in front of Fast and Furious 9 at the IMAX. The new scene, which is the film’s prologue, reveals “what Earth looked like long before humans existed and tell the origin story of how dinosaur DNA first came to be carried by a mythic mosquito,” according to Universal, the studio behind the movie. The clip has since been released online, and you can watch above.
As this is an origins story, the dinosaurs have feathers. The new movie includes up-to-date scientific evidence unearthed since the first movie, to hopefully appease fans upset at the inaccuracy of dinosaurs without feathers. Seeing as how Jurassic World Dominion will kick off before humans entered the picture, it makes sense narratively speaking that these creatures are the real deal.

Jeff Goldblum And Bryce Dallas Howard Talk Up Jurassic World: Dominion At Cinemacon
The trailer was first premiered at CinemaCon, where stars Jeff Goldblum and Bryce Dallas Howard took to the stage to hype it up. Per Deadline, Goldblum assured the audience, which contained many theater-owners, that the entire Jurassic crew would be going on an extensive publicity tour everywhere you can imagine.
We are genuinely very enthused, we are crazed about this movie, the actor said. He also revealed that Jurassic World: Dominion would be the first movie his own children, age 7 and 5, would ever see in theaters.
After that, Goldblum got to waxing philosophical about how his character Ian Malcolms warnings about the dangers of cloning dinosaurs had been ignored throughout the franchise.
What would these movies be if people made the right choices? Dallas joked.
