Hop aboard a spaceship and twirl around the giant alien as you try to shoot lasers at the residents of Springfield. Try to do more twirling and less hurling while you ride this spinning ride.
Who loves it? This family-friendly ride will be loved by even the smallest of ones so long as you dont mind going around in endless circles.

Jurassic World Ongoing Ip
Universals Islands of Adventure has had a Jurassic Park themed land since its opening in 1999. Offerings in the area include The Jurassic Park River Adventure, Pteranodon Flyers, Camp Jurassic and the interactive Raptor Encounter.
With the recent 3 seasons of kids animated series Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous, the feature film Jurassic World: Dominion set to be released in 2022 and rumours of more Jurassic films in the works, the IP is as popular as ever. Perhaps the ride may even do a 360 like Pirates of the Caribbean and also make it into future films?

How Do Jurassic World Velocicoasters Lockers Work
VelociCoasters main lockers are just as smooth and innovative an experience as the ride itself is. Thanks to their double-sided design, guests dropping off and picking up their belongings are now separated into two different areas, eliminating the congestion that is so common in other attractions locker bays. You insert your items on one side of the locker before boarding, and then open it on the other side to retrieve them upon exiting. The best part is theyre located towards the end of the queue, so you can hang on to your cameras and phones for photos throughout most of the line.
The larger of VelociCoasters lockers are available at a premium on the bottom floor of Jurassic Park Discovery Center.

Universal’s Jurassic World Coaster Is 2021’s Best New Attraction
We called VelociCoaster “the New Queen of Thrill Rides” in our review when the attraction opened officially last June.
Jurassic World VelociCoaster received well over a majority of the votes among more than three dozen other candidates in the first round, eliminating the need for a run-off vote. Last year’s winner, Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway from Walt Disney World’s Disney’s Hollywood Studios, also won in the first round.
In the fall, Theme Park Insider invites subscribers to its email newsletter to nominate candidates in each category for the annual Theme Park Insider Awards. If no candidate receives a majority of the nominations in its category, candidates with the most nominations are named finalists. Theme Park Insider readers then are invited to vote for the winner from among those finalists in a poll posted on the front page of the website.

The best new attraction of 2021, by a landslide, is the Jurassic World ride at Universal Beijing. That’s obvious with one viewing of the ride videos. The velocicoaster is far behind.

This thrilling, yet kid-friendly roller coaster takes its riders through the Forbidden Forest, diving around a pumpkin patch and giving riders a nice look at Hagrids hut.
Who loves it?This roller coaster is great for all ages, providing slight thrills without any chills.

How Fast Is The Velocicoaster
Within 2.4 seconds, the VelociCoaster launches riders 70 mph, making it the fastest launch coaster at any Universal park. Guest will experience 360-degree inversions with extreme airtime.

Epic Universe 2025 Universal Orlando Future Attractions
Epic Universeis going to be gigantic theme park, with some of the most exciting concepts in modern entertainment. Upon its completion, Universal Studios Orlando new rides are going to be unique and a draw for many different franchise lovers. Unfortunately, with how awesome the concept seems, we really dont know much about it.
Construction is currently taking place south of the currently Universal Orlando Resort campus and seems to be progressing along. Epic Universe is going to bring some so much new stuff to Universal Studios, we cannot wait! We know that the theme of the entire brand new park is epic, therefore, we can expect Universal to pull out all the stops. Some Universal Orlando new rides are coming to Super Nintendo World at Epic Universe, like Yoshis Adventure and the Mario Kart ride.

We got some breaking news from a Team Member at Universal Orlando that as soon as the brand new Jurassic Park roller coaster opens the Jurassic Park River Adventure will immediately close for refurbishment. The Jurassic Park River Adventure will be transformed to be like the ride over at Universal Studios in Hollywood.
Jurassic World the Ride over at Universal Studios Hollywood was refurbished last year. It had a total update and has new screens and video elements but still a water ride like the original.
While these rumors havent been confirmed by Universal Orlando yet we hope the Team Member was correct with this news. It would definitely seem they are going in a Jurassic World direction with the new coaster. The River Adventure is also in desperate need of an upgrade. Jurassic World Velocicoaster Officially Opens At Universal Orlando Resort
ORLANDO – The new Jurassic World VelociCoaster roller coaster at Universal Orlando Resort officially opened on Thursday.
The high-speed thrill ride in Islands of Adventure features actors from the Jurassic Park movies recreating their roles, including Chris Pratt, B.D. Wong, and Bryce Dallas Howard.
During the ride, thrill-seekers will have the opportunity to soar, twist, and turn as they race alongside a ferocious Velociraptor pack – Blue, Charlie, Delta and Echo.
According to the Universal Orlando Resort website:
“After boarding revolutionary ride vehicles that have been specially designed to intensify the thrills, guests take off on an epic coaster experience that sends them through the raptor paddock, into the air, just inches above water, and more. They’ll encounter a series of intense maneuvers along the coaster’s 4,700 feet of track, including near-misses, a barrel roll right above the Islands of Adventure lagoon, high-speed launches the fastest reaching 70 mph in 2.4 seconds and the signature “Top Hat,” which propels riders 155 feet in the air and then immediately into an 80-degree drop Universal’s steepest drop yet.”
Jurassic World VelociCoaster is now Florida’s fastest and tallest launch coaster.
Dare Devil Flying Machines
Opening in March 2021, the Dare Devil Dive Flying Machines attraction puts riders in a steampunk-style plane to flip and twist and soar over the updated Crackaxle Canyon at Six Flags Fiesta Texas.
The ride is a Super Air Race manufactured by Zamperla, which created the first version of the attraction called Atlantic Aviator at Luna Park on Coney Island. It features a nearly five-story tower and six arms holding the flying machines, which hold four people each.
The Dare Devil Dive Flying Machines ride is all about the thrills of aerial flips, loops, banks and dives set to themed music, piped in through on-ride audio. From the ground, the ride sequence looks like a choreographed dance as all six steampunk plans twist, flip and spin in relative formation. The maneuvers aren’t as jarring or intense as you’d think, and there seems to be an emphasis on showing off unique, stunning views of the park while on the ride.

New Rides Coming To Universal Orlando Resort
The only thing more exciting than Universal Studios Orlando having new rides is that they are actually creating whole BRAND NEW theme park! Announced in August of 2019, the Universal Orlando expansion EPIC Universe will be coming to Central Florida. While this is exciting, there has been a few snags in the conception and overall execution. Universal Studios expansion plans are nothing short of EPIC, and with the COVID-19 pandemic, theyre experiencing delays.
Epic Universe has a release date of 2025, which is a big push from the original planned release. With that being said, the Universal Orlando construction update, shows they are making progress on this brand new theme park. While there are not many details, we do know that there are 4 new lands that are coming with it. We also know that with the Universal Studios expansion plans, the new park is going to be massive and full of new theming.

While 2022 hasnt been the most exciting time for new Universal Studios rides, there are still many exciting things to keep watching out for. First off, there were many different brand new attractions with the reopening of Universal Orlando Resort after the COVID-19 pandemic shut down. Universal Orlando new rides like Hagrids Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventurehad only been open for a few months before shutting down.
Universal Orlando Resort is also building a brand new theme park named Epic Universe, which is going to debut in 2025. That is going to come with many future Universal Studios rides with themes from Nintendo and more!
