When Is Jurassic World Dominion Heading To Peacock
Starting September 2nd, Peacock Premium subscribers will have access to Jurassic World Dominion through that very streaming provider. This summers blockbuster of dinosaur action and mayhem lands at a pretty predictable spot, as Universal has been pretty good with bringing their recent theatrical releases to Peacock roughly around the same time as home video. Another case in point is the recent debut of The Black Phone, which is currently enjoying this two pronged approach.
As a celebration of sorts, the entire Jurassic Park trilogy is also moving back to Peacock on September 1st. Director Steven Spielbergs iconic start to the Jurassic universe, and its two immediate sequels The Lost World: Jurassic Park and Jurassic Park III, will all be in the same location.
Sadly, at the time of this writing, theres no word on when Jurassic World or Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom will join the family as both of those titles are currently not on the Peacock library. However, Jurassic World Dominions debut does come with some awesome added convenience.

When Is Jurassic World Dominion Releasing On Streaming
Jurassic World Dominion wont be following other Universal movies in arriving on the Peacock streaming service 45 days after its June 10 release. That deal, as mentioned by The Hollywood Reporter , seemingly applies to those that arent quite theatrical big-hitters for Universal.
Instead as per IGN a new deal inked in 2021 will see Jurassic World Dominion come to streaming within the first four months of release.
If thats the case , then things are all lined up for a potential on Peacock.
Recent mid-budget blockbusters, such as The Northman, offer a further guide. Robert Eggers Vikings epic took 60 days, give or take, to come to streaming. We wouldnt be surprised to see Jurassic World Dominion come to Peacock at between the 90-day and 120-day mark . Well update this page once we have an official release date.
Of course, over in the UK, Peacock isnt available yet. Looking at something like The Northman, your best bet would be to have access to the Virgin Go TV app 3-4 months down the line, as thats the most likely destination. Theres every chance it could appear on Now TV within the next six months too, judging by Halloween Kills. The movie should be available to digitally purchase first, most likely in line with the US streaming date.

Jurassic Park Trilogy Leaving Peacock For Netflix In August
Despite just launching across the country a week ago, NBCUniversal’s Peacock streaming service is already set to lose some of its biggest movies, including Jurassic Park. The Universal-owned franchise has bounced around from streaming service to streaming service over the years, making it clear that everyone out there wants a piece of the dinosaur action. However, the launch of Peacock hinted that the bouncing may have been over, since the rights belong to Universal. That isn’t the case, at least not yet.
All three Jurassic Park movies are going to be leaving Peacock on July 31st, along with Shrek, The Matrix, The Mummy, and a few other popular films. In the case of Jurassic Park, this isn’t some curation tactic by Peacock, but rather an ongoing streaming contract. They’ll be heading to Netflix to stream for an undisclosed amount of time.
Netflix announced on Monday that it would be getting all three Jurassic Park movies on August 1st, the day after they leave Peacock. The tweet featured pictures of the lead actresses from all three films: Laura Dern, Julianne Moore, and Tea Leoni.
The original Jurassic Park trilogy returns to Netflix US on August 1

This Jurassic news is surely going to be exciting for Netflix subscribers, as the franchise remains immensely popular nearly 30 years after its debut. On the other hand, Peacock subscribers are sure to be disappointed, especially after the service just launched a matter of days ago.

Where Are The Jurassic Park Films Moving To
While the dino-flicks don’t have a new home yet, the likeliest scenario will see them leave Netflix for NBC’s Peacock. The Universal-owned streamer had Jurassic Park, Lost World, and Jurassic Park 3on tap for a brief 17-day period before abruptly being sent over to its competitor. A Universal spokesperson recently said, ” will be back on Peacock soon,” confirming that these classic movies are returning to their previous home at some point.

One aspect up for debate is which network Universal is eyeing for the properties. The studio’s spokesperson also told reporters that the Jurassic Park movies are joining a yet-to-be-named network in October, albeit without providing any additional clues. Of course, Universal may decide to backtrack a little, granting channels like Paramount and AMC with renewed access to the titles seeing as how both of them have hosted the dinosaur-laden trilogy in the past. That gives us reason to believe they’ll be returning to daily broadcasts on cable television soon.

Saturday Night Live’s Kenan Thompson is hosting this year, and it should be an interesting ceremony as the most nominated shows include the GameSpot-approved Squid Game, Ted Lasso, and Succession. Succession alone landed 25 nominations overall, the most of any show this year. But, the real breakaway story here is the South Korean crime thriller Squid Game, snagging the most nominations ever for a foreign language show. In June, the streaming service greenlit Season 2 of Squid Game.

When Will ‘jurassic World: Dominion’ Be Available To Stream On Peacock
“Jurassic World: Dominion” is expected to stream on Peacock within four months of its June theatrical release.
Other recent Universal films, like “Ambulance” and “The Northman,” hit Peacock after 45 days in theaters, but “Jurassic World: Dominion” is set to fall under a different release window and is not expected to be part of this 45-day strategy. That means the latest we could see “Jurassic World: Dominion” arrive on Peacock is mid-October.
Once “Jurassic World: Dominion” begins streaming, all Peacock Premium and Premium Plus subscribers will be able to watch the movie. The movie is not expected to be available as part of Peacock’s free plan.
Peacock Premium costs $5 a month and gives you ad-supported access to the streamer’s entire content library, plus next-day premieres of new NBC and Bravo TV shows. Peacock Premium Plus is ad-free and costs $10 a month.
